Larry the Llama gets the Sack

Lawrence (Larry) the Llama is moving to a new home after being retired from being the guard llama at Ty Mawr due to bad behaviour. A spokesperson for Ty Mawr said “He has been a really good guard for the sheep for the past 5 years but for unknown reasons has recently started chasing and biting the sheep causing some serious injuries to them. Christmas Tree recycling in Wrexham

Christmas Tree Recycling will again take place in Bellevue Park on Saturday 10th January between 9.00 am and 3.00 pm. The event offers an opportunity to recycle real Christmas tree and helps look after the environment. As the shredded trees will be used on the shrub beds in the park

The event is free and trees should be taken to the changing rooms off Bellevue Road between 9 and 3. Trees can also be dropped at the car park in Bellevue Park from 5th January.

The event is organised by Wrexham County Borough Councils Environment Department. For more information please contact the Park Officer on 01978 264150.

Happiness is not just an individual experience or choice, but is dependent on the happiness of others to whom individuals are connected directly and indirectly, and requires close proximity to spread, say the authors.
